Just a handful



Is it really the healthier side of things? That “good” fat? Even though it is good fat and good for you, having too much can make it unhealthy.

If you are a snacker, almonds can be a good substitute! Better than chips! A “healthier” option. But watch how much you eat 🙂

Almonds have many favors, you can have it raw, or roasted with different flavors ranging from salted to spicy to honey, you name it!

I like snacking on the natural ones (raw), I might just love plain flavor things.. What’s your flavor? Or none at all..
